Client reviews
Trameze did an outstanding job in getting my house sold quickly and effortlessly. He knows the area and provided good information about prices so I could make an informed decision about the asking price. My house had only been on the market one day before I accepted an offer. He's very straightforward in his communication style and is very personable. He kept me informed every step of the way about where we were in the sales process.
Trameze stuck with me throughout the entire process. His knowledge and helpful suggestions were of great benefit. He took the time to answer my questions and explained in detail every step from offer to close of escrow. He made it easy to love my new home!
Trameze brings a rare blend of professionalism, genuine warmth, and deep market knowledge that makes every step of the process feel clear and manageable... From negotiations to closing, Trameze handles each detail with care, integrity, and a level of dedication that sets a high bar in the industry.

Meet Trameze
REALTOR®, OMNI Homes International
Trameze Jones is a Tucson REALTOR® with OMNI Homes International, licensed in Arizona (SA720337000), and an award-winning negotiator. With over a decade of construction and negotiation experience, he looks at a house the way an inspector does and negotiates repairs and price like someone who has sat on both sides of the table. He prices from closed sales and how long those homes actually took to sell, not from list prices.

These are Redfin's published city-level figures for the most recent 3 months of sales (currently July–September 2026), refreshed monthly. They are not Trameze's numbers and they are not a value for any one home.

Send Trameze the address and your timeline. He looks at closed sales of similar homes, how many days they took to sell, and how many cut their price. Then he sends a preliminary CMA and what he would do before listing. If you enter the square feet, the next page shows a rough range from ZIP-level or city-level data first. That range is not the CMA.

FAQ
From closed sales of similar nearby homes, usually from the last 3 to 6 months, and how many days those homes took to sell. Active list prices and online estimates are a reference, not the price.
Yes, once your listing agreement has ended. If the home was only withdrawn or temporarily taken off the market, it may still be under contract with your current brokerage, so check that first. Trameze does not solicit homeowners who are still under an active listing agreement.
They are a starting point. Automated estimates can't see condition, upgrades, layout, or the view from the lot. A price set from recent closed sales and days on market for homes like yours is more reliable.
